Return Policy

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at 816-207-3673 or you may email customer service at .
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 18-25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be re-sellable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts. ( Except for Warranty Claims )
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request's need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • If parts are defective please notify us within 14 days of receipt to inquire about submitting for a part warranty claim.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is REQUIRED on all orders for vehicle fitment confirmation. All returns must be approved by an Authorized Sneedparts.com representative before a Return may be initiated. We are not held liable for any damaged, incorrectly ordered items, items installed incorrectly or defective items due to any of the above.
